이제 설정 파일은 암호화 문자열(blowfish_secret)을 필요로 합니다.
해결하는 방법은
phpMyAdmin 디렉토리에 있는 config.sample.inc.php를 config.inc.php로 이름을 바꾸어 저장하고
$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = 'three_bears_are_in_their_home_father_mother_baby';
